January 2025 - Large solitary boars have been consistent, showing up regularly between 7:00 PM CT to 8:00 AM CT. The nights are cold and the hogs are active. They are primarily moving at night and staying nearby, bedding behind the creek during the day. Sounders and piglets are also in the surrounding woods behind the creek and they come in regularly as well. New 10 ft XLR shooting stands coming soon. Be advised that during the Spring and Summer months snakes are active and in the area. We highly advise using snake boots or knee high snake guards.
